Laura Mochrie is an artist living and working in Surrey, UK.
Laura enjoys a playful approach to her artwork and primarily makes use of inks, watercolour and gouache paint. Recent exhibitions include humanitarian architecture charity Article 25’s 10x10 auction and the Creative Debuts x Adidas exhibition in the Adidas Flagship Store, Oxford Street. Laura has worked together with clients on projects ranging from book illustrations and book cover designs to the creation of individual artwork for high-end clients.
Laura has spent her time as an Artist in Residence in Switzerland and in the UK. From these experiences, she often uses the beautiful places she saw and the profound words the children said as inspiration for her artwork.
Laura has a love for connecting words and imagery together and this is currently taking shape in the form of her own illustrated book.
